Financial Trek: Spend

(This financial path is currently being improved, check back soon for an expanded trek experience!)

A personal spending plan (a more positive way of saying budget) is simply a plan for how you want to spend your money.  It is also one of the most powerful tools for achieving your financial goals. To create a monthly spending plan, you will need to track ALL of your spending (every dollar out) over the course of one month, and then put everything into categories.

The Spend Trek covers topics that are both short and long-term life expenses, such as creating a spending plan, responsible renting (off-campus budgeting), affordable groceries and dining out, college expenses, and more.
